CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We kindly ask that you not bring any children under 12 with you, unless they have a scheduled appointment of their own.

Our goal is to create an environment relaxing and soothing to all clients.  When children are running around or crying (which we understand is natural for children to do) it makes it difficult for other clients to get the most out of their spa experience. 

Ideally, the spa is a nice break  from the craziness of work and home, and having young children in the spa disrupts that.  

Most importantly, the spa is an unsafe environment for children. There are sharp objects, chemicals, and hot tools at every esthetician's station.  

We hope you understand that our policy is to keep children safe, and ensure that we are offering the best experience possible for all of our clients.
 

WHAT IS YOUR LATE/CANCELLATION POILCY?

Alexis K. is a small boutique spa and space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. LATE

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. Unfortunately, arriving too late may mean that we are no longer able to perform your scheduled service, which will result in forfeiting your given appointment time. For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your relaxing visit by arriving at least 5 minutes early. In return, we will always do our very best to accommodate all clients on time.
 

CANCELLATIONS

We have a very firm 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Since each appointment time is held especially for you, any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% service charge to your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). No Show/No Call will result in 100% service charge to your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you.
 

CAN I BRING MY PET TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We kindly ask you do not bring your emotional support dogs or pets to your appointment. Service animals that have specific tasks in assisting a person with disability or impairment and have the appropriate paperwork are welcome.

Our goal is to create an environment relaxing and soothing to all clients.  When dogs are barking or distracting other clients, it makes it difficult for everyone to get the most out of their spa experience. Other clients may also have allergies to dogs and other animals.

Ideally, the spa is a nice break from the craziness of the outside world, and having pets in the spa disrupts this.

We hope you understand that our policy is to keep your pets safe and ensure that we are offering the best experience possible for all of our clients.
 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Any unused or unopened products are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Used or opened product are not exchangeable. At this time, we are unable to provide refunds.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RECEIVE SERVICES?

All clients must be 18 to receive services. If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed consent form.
 

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

For your convenience, we do have free parking in the lot connected to us. In the event the lot is full, there is street parking on Rosa St. and Cedros Ave.
